Driving around, we went to kean Svay district in the province of Kandal situated at about 29 kms away from Phnom Penh.

Two fishermen checking the day's catch on the Mekong river with behind them a floating village.

A superb daily life scene from Cambodia. Good colour contrasts between the red and blue. The canoe & 2 fishermen make a fine fg focal point. Bon Dimanche!

ottima scena di pesca, ma hai scattato dalla riva? o eri in barca? una focale di 78 mm, bella luce e bei colori, haio ben settato la Camera con un tempo corto per prevenire i vari movimenti e una buona profonditа...

Bonjour Marilyn,

Belle scиne de vie de tous les jours. Sujet intйressant. Image nette, couleurs rйalistes et plaisantes, composition ordonnйe. As-tu remarquй qu'une petite rйgion de la photo est un peu moins nette? Dernier arbre/derniиre cabane а gauche, dans ce coin lа. Problиme avec l'objectif, saletй?

Il est toujours intйressant de voir les gens dans leur activitй professionnelle. Les pкcheurs et le village flottant typique sont habilement rassemblйs sur la photo. La lumiиre et les couleurs sont excellentes. Bravo.

questa foto la trovo molto rilassante...gli uomini che pescano, le case in BG con i panni tesi e il sole con una luce tiepida, un tepore a temperatura perfetta.. Mi piace!
PS: non sono dell'Argentario ma sono stata praticamente 'svezzata' lм! :) Se passi da queste parti batti un colpo!

Hi Marilyn,

Beautiful shot, once again a very emotional and nostalgic photo for me. I might have said before, my mother is from a water village, she live on a house boat like these on the Mekong. The presence of the people fishing in the foreground is a perfect addition to the overall landscape. I completes the composition perfectly and it depict the way of life.
