Photographer's Note

Probably my favourite place in Rome, even more than the famous sites, was this restaurant named 'Pizzeria da Baffetto'.

For anyone visiting Rome and wanting an authentic night out, I cannot recommend this place enough.

This photo was taken from right where I was sitting.

I like this image and I also like the genre. It does tell a story and the title suits it well. I will remember the recommendation. Technically, I do think the image would have been better without the slight tilt, if you would have aimed a bit higher in order to include the head of the chef in the foreground, and without the piece of paper on the top right. Good choice of black and white.

loved the dynamism in this one... not only the men working but also the hands on the right add a lot to it... wasnt it hot out there man, sitting right by the oven for god's sake?... cool...

What makes this picture interesting is the fact that you actually ate there. I think you captured the spirit of the moment well. My mouth is watering... If I am ever in Rome I will search for this place.
