I dedicate this photo forSilvio who shows us beautiful photos from Umbria.
Yesterday I was lucky with buses. I was afraid I would go on foot from Bolsena to Bagnoregio because I could find no information but there was a bus for 70 eurocent! And I was the only passenger. Then there was a bus to Orvieto, I didn't know where to buy the tickets, I went without it.
In Orvieto I called my b&b to ask how to go from the station and they came to take me with a car.
Orvieto has wonderful cathedral, I find the stripeness a bit exaggerate.
Here the view of Orvieto from my bed and breakfast. Nice view but to get there was quite a walking and climbing, fortunately only with camera and tripod.

Hello Malgo,
wonderful village on a rock. I love the purple haze in the early morning sky.
Orvieto is a great place to stay a few days and visit Bolsena.

Good evening Malgo,
Great pink light on the horizon, and still, inspite of the shades the green in the Fg is marvelousely vivid.
Fine look towards the town built on the cliff, while lights starting to illuminate.

Hello Malgo,
A great medieval scenery with a beautiful village in lovely colours. You use the Italian buses like I did in Warsaw, going without a ticket when I didn't find out how to buy one.

bella vista dalla tua camera, non c'и che dire. Inoltre i colori del primo mattino creano un'atmosfera molto delicata.
Per fortuna sei riuscita a trovare dei mezzi per muoverti, altrimenti sarebbe stato massacrante.

Grazie cara Malgo della bella dedica, spero che una giramondo come te trovi prima o poi il tempo di vedere anche Spoleto e si possa ancora fare un po' di foto insiema, gran bello e inusuale il POV, non avevo mai visto Orvieto da questa posizione, favolosa la luce, bravissima, un caro abbraccio Silvio

wow, so you walked all the way to the town?
I wonder how much accommodation would have been in the town? or perhaps there's no accommodation available?

I always enjoy hearing about your travel stories, you often have such adventures!

the photo is a bit dark, but that's probably the real natural dimmed lighting. and I do like the purple and pink hues too.
