Mark, I really like your shot. There is something very strong in the stare of this boy, plus the paint on his face makes for great texture. Hence the black and white is well chosen here. Bravo!

Lovely to see you post on here after so long... a lovely portrait - very sensitive. Cant help noticing how nice this is technically too. The focus seems to be just where it needs to be, without being too sharp. The overall details of hair, clothing and necklace is subtle, yet clear..
