Autumn colour and peaks, a photo from Alberta, Prairies

Photographer's Note

Along the Icefields Parkway the autumn yellow colours ran along the base of spectacular peaks.

Overhead a plane leaves a vapour trail, a reminder of walking near Moraine Lake with a German couple where they couldn't get over the quiet. Where they usually walk in Germany and Switzerland always has aircraft noise to spoil the solitude.

A beautiful wild landscape , characteristic of the calcareous moutains . The period is intereisting , for the contrast between golden trees and green pines .

A lovely picture with the yellow flowers to the hight of the frost border.
Perspective and depth are absolutely nice done.

mi complimento per questo scatto molto ben composto con il crinale in diagonale che divide il cielo e la roccia nuda della parte con la vegetazione.
I colori sono splendidi come anche la nitidezza.

Very pleasant image showing an interesting gradient of colours.
Crystal clear sky helps with an even distribution of the light.
I remember well the icefields parkway...... it is a sensational Highway.
