Hello Kasia,

This is one of the finest wild life photos I have seen in Trekearth. The large buck is in perfect focus, and his silhouette against the golden, dusty background makes this a framable piece of art.

this is a visually stunning and eye catching picture. the golden colours are amazing. your use of f5.6 has blurred the background and isolated the subject perfectly. the early morning mist adds further interest and atmosphere to this wonderful picture.

Exceptional shot, Kasia - almost mythic. The golden light is perfectly exposed and reveals an incredible series of silhouettes, each crisper than the next, with the deer as a centerpiece. Wonderfully done.

After a long consideration:
Very nice colours and light. Somehow similar to those known from your former photo from the Bushy Park (http://www.trekearth.com/gallery/Europe/United_Kingdom/England/London//photo1381884.htm). This is what I really like in this pic.
Lucky shot is this, for sure. However I do not like the central composition. And the bushes in the upper left corner are disturbing to me (especially they are darker than the main object). And... I would have darkened the deer's silhouette anyway.
Is this a crop from a bigger frame? Or a scan?
And why can't I see the exif?

Hello Kasia,
This is a very early photo of yours, posted before I knew you and one I probably didn't see before. But already way back in 2011 you had that magic touch and sense of light and how to capture the animals of Bushy Park.
Thank you for your kind comments today. I wish you a reasonable 2021 with at least two or three shorter journeys within Europe (apart from those to Poland). ;-)
