Photographer's Note
A scene from one of the narrow winding back streets of the blue city of Jodhpur, so named because the majority of houses are painted blue which traditionally signified the home of a Brahmin.
"There is no blue without yellow and without orange." - Vincent Van Gogh.
"If you see a tree as blue, then make it blue.”- Paul Gauguin.

Hello Wanda,
This is a lovely picture showing the narrow streets of Jodhpur with nice light. The tree seems almost suffocated by the buildings enclosing it. The man pushing his bike is very well positioned. Congratulations and TFS.

Hello Wanda,
Nice street shot. There are many elements providing interests: the soft blue color, the bycicle, the tree in the corner close to the walls, the indian flag...
One of the main strengh of this shot is it is easy to read: each elements are enough separated from others.
Yves.

Dag dear Wanda!
I thought I already commented on this picture, but then its not here!
The tree, according to me, is the most critical component here, as it climbs up against the walls (or maybe the walls may have been built around it) & spreading the shadow of the leaves on to the path below. The bicyclist is an important part of the composition, as he labours taking his cycle up the slope!
Well done!
Best Regards

Hi Wanda,
I like your composition of streetlife from Jodhpur. The blue colour gives life to a grey citylife.

Hi Wanda
A good slice of street life here with brilliant blue as central focal of interest with lots of other interesting detail. This picture captures great parts of real life situation here and I think it would add extra feeling to the shot. The cyclist is an added interest perfectly placed to add life. I find every bit in this picture is important to viewers to understand how others live. Very interesting capture. Congrats.
Best regards

Hello Wanda,
I ilke the space and the composition that you use, because that makes the situation/moment extra stronger.
Also the light is very good: you can see a lots of details in this picture, there no overlighted pieces and no hard shadows..Well done.
Friendly regards,
Robert

Hello Wanda!
Very attractive and interesting work here!
Sharpness (the way I like), exposure (great balance between light and shadow), chosen pov, colors (realistic), vertical format (totally suitable), black & white borders, contrasts and composition are all oustanding features here!
TFS - congrats,
Cheers,
Neyvan
