This is an interesting experiment of blur and grain and perfect sharpness in fine black and white and grey. It looks more like an etching than an average TE photo. Cleverly done.

Both in textures and in composition, this reminds me of a (semi-)abstract painting. Fascinating experiment. For me, it works because you got the black so very deep.

I totally agree with gert here - it really feels like an etching, because it looks as if the grain is following the pattern of an engraving...
I guess the effect is underlined and enhanced by the extreme black and white treatment - which incidentally is very in tune with the tango theme (well, at least I always associate tango with b/w and with deep...).
and yes, it definitely takes two to tango - while flamenco can be the expression of a single person, tango always shows the tension and magnetism between two people. a bipolar dance :)
