Aerial view of Bruges, Belgium.

Bruges is the largest city and the capital of the province of West Flanders, in the Flemish Region of Belgium.

The historical city center, here depicted from the top of the Belfort tower, is a UNESCO heritage site, full of small alleys with small shops where one can buy some of the finest cookies and chocolate one can find.

The city is also furrowed by many small water canals, being named, together with some other cities in Northern Europe, the "Venice of the North".

This is great shot! At the first impression it looks like some kind of painting :-) I love the way cold walls contrast with warmth of the roofs. Natural and not exaggerated colors, loads of interesting details!

Bruge и una cittа meraviglisa, offre tanti spunti e tante le cose belle da vedere e da godersi. Questo pov ci offre una vista un pт insolita e molto meno conosciuta, una gran bella panoramica dall'alto, da dove и possibile vedere le belle architetture dei tetti caratteristici.

Hi Leonardo,
With this excellent POV you make the beautiful town look like a perfect model. The red roofs provide a fantastic cubistic pattern and the water and the green trees form a pleasant diagonal line in the composition.

Nice view on the roofs of old Brugge from the Belfort. Another lovely and historic city in Flanders is Gent. Less a museum than Brugge, but also a lot of old houses, a castle, a belfort and several churches,
