I wrote , who lives in these huts? And here she is.

She is not alone as you can see in the WS.
Anyone spotted a 'Toilet' ? Another favourite theme in TE.

Hello Loong,
I spent one night in Lesotho in a similar house, but I was not on a sightseeing tour but on a private visit. The scenery in that place was not as barren and empty as here, in fact in the middle of a village. This looks wilder and more exotic. The woman poses well beside her house, and the WS photos are very vivid and interesting. This visit must have been an exciting experience for you and it left you with some very attractive photos, full av local atmosphere.

Hello Loong,
Your photos tell me that it was really very cold there.
The ladies seem to like colourful clothes. The men, on the other hand, keep it very sober.
Did you spend the night in such a stone house? If so, is it warm enough inside?
The toilet reminds me of outdoor toilets on the countryside that I could also see in Belgium in my earliest childhood.

Hi Loong,The toilet in the background can be seen very well, perhaps it is the most elegant building in the village..hahahah ... 3 really beautiful photos, in addition to the owner of the window, there are two spectacular WS. It is interesting to note the differences in clothing colors between men and women. Honestly, I prefer those of the men, all in that sober gray-brown but really very stylish. Hello Loong, We see here the part of this hut and a happy owner. Also, a bit surreal loo. Interesting barren landscape. But I prefer Workshop pictures. especially the guys in the boring blankets. I was always delighted seeing similar huts in Senegal. You can see them here:

You have shown us a fine trio of photographs, starting with the link photograph and moving into those which show details of the villagers. You have shown them with excellent clarity so we get a 'feeling' for the setting.

I imagined Lesotho would be quite a warm place but, from the details of the clothes, the people seem to wearing what is necessary to keep warm!

Yes, I can see the toilet!
Was there just the one or one per house?

A good photo of the owner of the hut, good composition including both. The vast landscape with the mountains in the distance makes a great backdrop.

how could anyone not like this. such a great cultural photo.
I couldn't image living in a situation like this, it demands a lot of respect that's for sure. and yes, we can see the toilet in the bg haha. great shot, she looks happy
