Photographer's Note
The most impressive in the ancient Egyptian temples is a hypostyle hall. The word means literally “under pillars.
Here is the classic view of the big columns in Karnak.
The 134 papyrus columns represent the primeval papyrus swamp .
Two Workshops will follow. All are better seen in the large format.

Hello Malgo,
You had a better light in both WS, but this is the most attractive composition, with fine details in the foreground and a good view along the huge pillars to the palms and the persons at the other end. But especially WS #2 also gives us a good idea of the impressive architecture, and it easily meets my demand for human presence.
Kind regards,
Gert

Hi Malgo,
The suite of columns is creating depth. The point of view is showing the details of the great Hypostyle Hall. The light is enhancing the colors. Have a nice day.

Hello Malgo, these columns are so impressive, I am in awe of the people who created them.
This is an excellent view as we look between the columns towards the palm trees and the couple who are totally dwarfed by the building.
Very interesting notes too, thank you.
Kind regards, Jean.

Hi Malgo
You show these pillars to their impressive best. The people at the end look like ants in comparison. The palm tree add a great deal to the image.

essas grossas colunas repletas de relevos são mesmo impressionantes, apesar das partes arruinadas podemos ainda ver muitos detalhes preciosos.

Hello Malgo,
As far as the light and the colours are concerned, I find the photos in the WS the best.
But your main photo seems to be one that I would like to take myself. What's more, just walking between these imposing columns must already be an experience.
What a colossal work. And that was realized in the way you described in one of your previous notes?
It wasn't the easiest photo to take with the light hitting you but the result is great. Very nice with the palm trees at the other side.
Best regards, Paul

Hello Malgo
Good inclusion of the people in the bg for scale and animating the scene. Nice repetition of the columns and excellent linear perspective. Tfs!

Hi Malgo.
Sensational perspective through the huge columns, the two people in the background and the palm trees, give us a very good reference to their gigantic proportions, what a colossal work for that time.
Good color, sharpness and lighting.
Very good work. I like very much.
You have a good day. Very best regards.
Luis.

Hello Malgo,
Great architecture. This would benefit from a sky transplant. I tried it in Photoshop but I have used my daily quota, I can't show you. Fantastic image, considering the difficult light.
Regards,
MT
