Photographer's Note

Well .. not really, but up to almost 6 metres. A little strange animals with their long necks, but
it`s probably useful when they need to reach the top leaves on the trees. They probably have a nice view also..

A nice nature capture . I like a lot the framing , in this picture , and the superb cloudy sky , even this one seems to be a little over exposed in some parts of it (under the girafes's neck) .

Hej Boa,
They have positioned themselves very nicely (or maybe you actually had the time to look for the right POV), one close to us, the other in the background. Most of all they seem to have been aware of the nice effect of their necks and heads against those peculiar clouds.

Hi Boa;

For the most part I like the shot. Good composition with sharp detail, however the PP work you've done on the sky has left the highlights a bit 'muted' (the highlights could be brighter), and also the darkening you've done to the sky has left an abnormally bright and unnatural looking glow in front of the foreground giraffe.

The three-dimensional depiction of the clouds brings a very nice effect to this image, It seems to get a quantum improvement in quality when retouching carefully in the pp. The giraffe seems waving the tail to you in greeting.

Almsot a painting in the nature, lovely safary, excellent for a nice composition.

Two Giraffes majestically stroll the savanna, beautiful animals and superbly shown, Boa.
The picture was halved between cloudy sky and green flat landscape.
I only saw giraffes in a safari-zoo...
