Hi Robi, nice dandyesque expression and pose captured in the guard. The simple/basic framing is an apt choice. I wonder what the focal length of this shot is ("stolen" with the tele, or stepping up quite close) - there is no indication in the EXIF or about the lens you used. Good work with the contrasty duotone version in the WS, too. Hope all is well.

Hi Norbert,
always good to hear from you, man! This one I dug up the other day from my archive I've almost forgotten about somewhere on the shelf. It was taken with my compact Minolta (that passed away after 2 years of being used and for which I got a full refund from Sony, due to a factory recall)! The reason I didn't include focal length info is simple - after having worked on the photo in PS, the EXIF data for focal length got 'scrambled' and I thought many people won't know how to calculate the FL from the given value. The original RAW file shows 33.6mm, so you can see I wasn't THAT much far from the guard. ;-D Take care, Robi
