I love clouds, and their pictures, and I love this book !

Craig,
Although drugs and prostitution exist in Rapid City, it is not an unusually large problem. This was purposely set aside for graffiti hoping that it would keep graffiti out of other parts of the city. Not sure how well that worked out. The last time that I was in Vancouver, my bike chain broke in the worst part of downtown. I walked my bike through some of those alleys.
