Good Morning Paul,
I have enjoyed just gazing at this shot, trying critically to decide why I like it so much. Sometimes, you feel that you just want to write - 'I would love to be here; you have enthused me!'
However, I know, I need to say more! I love the sense of movement on a still photograph, I like the composition, where the 'L' shape of the cliff leads down to the rolling waves and I like the subtle blue hues, they are a painter's guide.

To Royaldevon: Hello Bev
Your thoughts on this photo are somewhat identical to how I was impressed when arriving upon this beach. The L shaped cliff edge really caught my eyes and the roar of rolling waves held my attention there until I knew I had to leave. One thing for sure about Maui is the joy of arriving there and the overwhelming sadness of having to leave and fly back home. Thanks
