Hello Tushar
Compositionally this is a stunner. Of course it breaks some "rules", but does so deliberately and with a purpose. The headless man becomes an enigma rather than a person, and his darkness is a nice contrast to the lit scene out of the window opposite. I like the choice of monochrome as well.

Thanks Will for your words..I love that word enigma.. As for the rules I never cared for it as there are actually no rules. They are only to start with.
