Thanks for your critique! these snails are only to be picked in May because during another 11 months they're under protection (they breed). When it comes to eating them, they're really delicious! but taste like nothing else, they just taste like snails - you have to try them! In Poland they are not very popular as a course, so most of our breed we import to France, where the're considered a real treasure.
