Bitter...cold...graveyard - the tone is set for a typical Stockholm photo ;-)
On first glance the photo looks a bit odd for a TE entry, a close-up of flowers, but the note brings it home and makes this photo appropriate indeed.
There is a marked contrast between the flowers and the snow, a contrast that you have used in a simple and efficient manner here, but the flowers looks a little frozen too. So they start to merge into the surroundings, ultimately blurring the contrast, or rather adding a second note to the immediate impression.
The composition is nice and balanced with a touch of dynamic expression, placing the flowers in one corner reaching into the big emptiness of the white snow. (maybe a bit more emptiness ?)
I do miss a little context in the photo, not just in the note. Perhaps just more snow stretching into the distance to suggest space, a bit of the skyline, a foot of an old lady walking away, a car, dark tree branches, something.
Still a keen observation of an unusual detail, even the wide black frame is appropiate.

Ah, yes, sorry, a piece of cultural heritage that can send the strongest to the shrink.
