So you're back with your Proud Parade theme. I always like people pictures, and well remember your series from previous years. The monochome is brave, given the amount of colour I imagine was in the shot, but it works very well to create an urban feel. Good expression!

well, yes - the first week in August is always Gay Pride week, and I usually tell myself that this is the barometer of my photographic state of mind... if I can't make it to the Pride, I am in really bad shape  This year I got close to not going, the stress and fatigue from work is getting to me... but in the end I decided to go and all in all, I spent a few hours doing something I enjoy. You can see from my colour posting of tonight why I went for b/w here - these pictures are so busy I need to tone them down if I want to "see" something... Anyway, in two weeks Amsterdam will host Sail 2015, with tall ships from all over the world anchored for a few days - I guess I needed to start preparing myself (and my camera) for it Thanks again for your comment! c.
