I think you are right. I myself don't feel very satisfied with the picture for some of the reasons you mentioned. I feel that the rest of the small roof on the left is definitely missing, as well as the rest of the number on the right. The problem is that when I was taking the picture, I didn't want the woman to feel unconfortable, reason why I took a couple of pictures as fast as I could, and unfortunately, this is the best one I got...
