Hi Pranil.

First of all, I made this photo with two filters (Hoya ND400 and Cokin P 121), thanks to that I get a long exposure (30sec) and "dynamic" clouds.
Than I opened the RAW file in ACR and made some changes with exposure, recovery and clarity. Then, in PS, I used a chanel mixer to make a BW. In some areas I used "dodge&burn" tool to make it more "dramatic". I think that was maine changes.
