it's really easy.
took an old picture, scan it, then with Photopiltre change to sepia tones, some noise, some contrast and ...voilà...le jeu c'est fait!

I know, but my results aren't so good...or may be my old photos aren't proper for the convertion...Anyway, I'm not much of a smart guy with photoshop.
