Hi Walter, What a great photo, especially when opened in a new tab. It's a house I'd love to own - no neighbors, a private swimming cove, and a 270° view of the ocean with a hill/mountain behind you when you tire of the view of the water. I like that you resisted the temptation to move the horizon to the center of the photo or even above center as the clouds add to the image. Tfs, Mark

Hi Jean, What a coincidence, I was just editing some of the photos I took of the street art in Phoenix this summer and may delay posting mine until others forget how amazing this work of art is. I like the way you kept the "L" brackets in the photo as they seem to be floating, almost as though we're still looking through your view finder. Tfs, Mark

Well taken showing the architect's incorporation of the Titanic's bow design. A challenging photo to take with the bow sweeping up/forward. Tfs, Mark

A well taken image. The portrait orientation along with the building and tall street lamps hemming in the commuters heading home after work. The balancing of the light across the image is nicely handled. Tfs, Mark

Impressive in the normal view, even more impressive when opened in a new tab. I like that you didn't opt for a longer exposure to blur the waves as the last one leaching out to sea as new ones roll in draws my eye to the horizon and then to the fantastic sunrise. Well done!

I like this photo with the windmills framed against the sky and the road leading my eyes to each of them. I almost wish the paved highway wasn't there, that the only route would be the sand/dirt path that would have seen Don Quiote and Sancha Panza passing by on their quest. Tfs, Mark

Hello David, I like the way the river leads my eyes to the horizon and the fact that you didn't succumb to the usual "the sky should only take 1/3 of the image" rule. As I've been dealing with similar issues (do I expose for sky, ground, or average), I know the problems you were facing with this photo. I have posted a workshop edit where I made a few small adjustments (sky's highlights, ground's exposure, and reduced the sun created lens artifacts that appeared as a result. What do you think?
