The composition is nice, but you need to get this image sharper. I guess the focus has picked something in the foreground, but the foot of the distant cliff really needs to be the focus point

I like the symmetry and asymmetry of this picture. I would have been tempted to crop out the buildings to left and right to leave a vertical format symmetrical image, but leaving them in emphasises the symmetry of the centre, backed by the nice flat blue sky.

I really liked this image in thumbnail, but in larger size the sharpening has made the surface of the water lose its clarity and become a sea of black and white lines instead of a sea of blueness. If I squint at it to lose the overshapening, it comes back. The composition is also somewhat lost because this also makes the place where the branches end and the water starts less clear.

Lovely colour and sharpness to the grouper. The colour of the water behind looks very pale in comparison and the coral to the bottom right almost looks like is suffering from coral bleaching. Photographically I am enjoying the composition, but scientifically I want sharpness to that coral as well.

very lovely, and I am puzzled about the moderators thing? was it a single poppy? I would have thought there were enough pictures of fields of rape to make not including fields of poppies a strange decision. It is certainly something which in the British psyche will always be associated with France although further north. I love the shallow focus

Lovely and striking composition. The forms and the palette of the robe and the carving on the wall and font all seem to flow togethre to produce a greater whole with the baptised at the focus of it all
