Mietkowskie Lake, a photo from Dolnoslaskie, West

Photographer's Note

he Mietkowskie Lake is a retention reservoir created by a dam on the river Bystrzyca about 45 kilometres south-west of Wrocław.
It is located in the Bystrzyca Valley Landscape Park.

The last year was very dry, there was no snow in the winter and there was not enough rain. The level of water on the lake is low and there are numerous sandbars, ideal conditions for water birds.

Hello Ryszard,
It's a very pleasant view of water, slices of land and trees. I like the soft tones of green, brown and blue. The birds are quite far away, but there so many of them that they make the view quite lively.

I like the fuzziness of the background and its dreamy feel on a slight greyish day with the lined trees hold the focus firmly. It's also an interesting shot more than enough for a satisfying image. A very well executed shot, Congrats

J'aime beaucoup cette rangйe d'arbres qui se tiennent droit comme des soldats tout en s'avanзant pour se mettre les racines а l'eau.J'aime bien tout ces oiseaux blancs en arriиre plan.

I like the high pov, layering and myriad of white feathered birds resting on the sand bank. Good sharpness and the flowering white trees in the bg add a fine focal point. Tfs!
