Photographer's Note

Well, its always a great feeling to be back home from holidays! Just returned from our trip to Malta and Paris, but I won't post any of those shots just yet.

Still have too many from previous trips and havn't organized my new ones, so for now lets continue with India.

Pushkar was one of our last cities we visited on our India journey, and I'm glad we included it. The only negative were the hustlers trying to get money out of tourists along the Ghats in the religious areas. I recall one man telling me over and over how he's a HOLY MAN, I told him no, you're a business man! They were even telling me I can't take any photos until we gave money, and said we'd have to leave if we don't. Very frustrating how pushy and forceful they were in attempting to get money, but thats also part of the travel experience in India :)

I got this photo when we went to a rooftop restaurant near the end of the day. This lady was selling her items on the street, I thought it was a perfect photo opp.

Great to be back on TE! I'll try to get some new photos up soon.
